Default New to site need help

Hi! New to site need some guidance. I have a 2003 F250 7.3L PSD. Little over a month ago truck was running perfect, started up blowing white smoke and strong fuel smell till it warmed up. Now it is blowing white smoke all the time. I purchased the AE Ford bundle ran the CCT, GP, Buzz test KOEO, KOER test everything it would do, nothign comes back except # 8 injector fault balance. What I understand is that the CCT will usually come back with this. However last year Ford dealership replaced all injectors, this year they replaced all glow plugs and the IPR and ICP. I ahve been told its bad injectors-(but would it blow white smoke after warm up now if thats the case) Told bad Injector o-rings-(i just ordered those will do that this weekend) Been told compression had that checked (good), Bad injector cup (checked the oil no coolant, I checked the coolant (no fuel) so could it actually be injector o-rings and would that cause it idle rough as well with the white smoke and would the o-rings all the sudden go bad like that. Need some real serious help. Can you use the AE scanner to check the IPR or ICP. ANy help is appreciated it. Thanks
