Hello everyone. I am new here but have learned a lot from reading these posts. Thank you all for the info. I have a 99 f350 7.3 that gives me nothing but trouble. It has super chip (tow-perf) installed, new icp, new cps, full charge on batteries, 65psi. fuel pressure, new fuel filter, clean fuel tank and pick up screens and injector buzz test good. Glow plugs good too. I was driving home yesterday and stopped at red light, accelerated on green and at 25 mph, it died and would not start. After 20 min it started and made it 4 miles to house and died in driveway. Now, it only starts with a shot of starting fluid and then dies. Please help!

 

Any chance it is the hpop? How do I test it?

Is the oil full? Have you cleaned the IPR?

 

Isn't this what happens when the CPS goes out?
