99 powerstroke makes a click sound when you turn wheel help!

When I turn the wheel to the right it makes a clicking noise? Just started hearing it today.. Very scared because I don't have the money to fix anything and I'm needing this truck for a 6 hour round trip drive this weekend! Please help! It only clicks once when I start turning right..
