Default fuel leak

yesterday I noticed I had a diesel leak and came to forum and read some great posts and ending up changing out the fuel water separator valve...but I noticed today that I am still leaking a little maybe excess but not sure. But yesterday was first time i ran the heater and seems to be when the leak started...could this be possible? Please help!

Is there still fuel dampness or dripping into the valley of the engine? Right below that valve you replaced.

Now I have a another problem..there is a roaring noise coming from the drivers side of the truck...it sounds like a rubbing whining kinda noise..any thoughts on what this may be?
