2000 powerstroke no electrical power

2000 powerstroke no electrical power
I have a 2000 F-350 Powerstroke, I needed a new positive battery cable. While installing it today I did not disconnect the negative cables and it arced on me now I have no power to anything in the truck!!!!!! can anyone help and please be specific I am new to the diesel world thanks
