Battery drain confusion?

Battery drain confusion?
I have a 99 7.3, and I have had a lot of electrical problems. Replaced both batteries, alternators, ICP, PCM, SCM, ABS, IDM, all the fuses and relays, also the CPS. My mechanic is running out of things to check. Please help me fix my baby. Also I have checked for water leaks to the fuse panel and for lose wires.
