Default ts 6 pos chipp wont start 7.3

hey guy i just bought my 2001 limited excursion 7.3l a ts 6 position chipp i cleaned the terminals good there all clean the truck just cracks no fire pull the chip out and it fires no problem anyone please help

You need to make sure all the silicone is off the terminals and I mean all. Then hit each one with a little scotch brite.

thank you guys for the ones that commented helping and i figured it all out they sent me a blank ts 6 pos chipp that hasn't been programmed yet i have the programmed one on its way and the old one back

i would either clean the terminals on it again when i did mine i was cleaning them for about an hour just to make sure i got everything off....if that doesnt work send it back to get reburned just to be on the safe side

Make sure you always disconnect your battery when installing a TS chip

You need to clean the PCM board real good with a scotch brite pad and really take off all the pasltic coding. The chip is not making contact with the PCM and is it matched to your PCM from TS performance. you need to give them the number off the PCM so they can match it. On the PCM there will be a 2 number and a letter that is what they need. I think one of these is your issue
