Hey guys I have an early 99 f250 sd. It comes with a 3-4" block in the rear stock. Well Im wanting to level it out. Even a 2-2.5" level would be fine with me. I put 35s on for tires and have minor rubbing when the wheel is cranked left or right (Gets into the leafs barely). So Im trying to figure out what leveling kit to get and Ive searched the threads but dont really see anything according to the early 99.

My shocks mount to the top of my leafs so Im really not sure which kit I would need, but I have heard a lot of speculation about blocks and that they might be illegal (if not unsafe). so any suggestions would be appreciated. Im really not wanting to spend a whole lot of money because I eventually plan on sticking a 6" lift on. But, temporarily want to level it so I can solve my rubbing issue new tires and all.
