Default no wait to start light and service engine soon

So i got in my truck yesterday started it up i hopped out and my dad noticed my bullydog 6 position chip was pulled out and he plugged it in truck died and wont start now with the chip out the service engine soon light is on and my wait to start light doesnt come on. Then with the chip in i just dont have the wait to start light on i am thinking it fried my pcm when it got plugged in any ideas? and where is the best place to get a used pcm

Fried it or it's just not seated right. I know when I installed my chip it said to make sure the batteries were disconnected and keys out of the ignition because it could possibly fry it. But also when I installed mine the first time it wasn't seated on there right and I didn't have the WTS light either. Sooo, Disconnect the batteries and take the keys out and go through the steps of removing it, check all the leads, then re install it. If that doesn't work its probably the PCM man... Good luck

Ya it ended up beimg the pcm I bought a new one
