I have two questions and after searching the forum, I haven't found answers and may have just missed them.

I have a very small amount of oil in the intake pipe, I think I have heard this is normal, what say you?

I also have a noise coming from either the middle rear of the engine or way up under the dash. It is a clattering noise, not really a rattle. It occurs at all engine speeds except idle regardless of power or coast.

My rig is a 2000 F-250 Lariat 7.3 4wd with no mods other than a 6637 and a straight pipe.
