Default Unplugging the ebps

Im gettin pretty poor milage out of my new stock 7.3. I am gonna be away fro home and away fro my tools for a while so i can't clean my ebps tube. Im suspecting that is the problem. I believe there is a intake temp sensor in the air box that runs the valve. If i just unplug it will it through a code? This should just keep the valve from opening and closing and hopefully fixes my poor mpg issue. I could care less about it functioning i just wanna find a easy to fix the problem witout having to clean the tube an sensor. So, will this throw a code and fix my problem?

I have mine unhooked and gutted. It throws a code, but does not make check engine light come on. Unless you are in a very cold climate and want your truck to warm up faster I would unplug it or gut it and leave it that way.

Plug that one back in. Down at the turbo pedisal on the drivers side there is a wire that goes into the turbo pedistal. Unplug that wire and your ebpv will defualt to open and cel will not come on

Should not be intake air temp that runs the valve. I believe it is oil temp that does it..... but if you just unplug the valve at the base of the turbo going into the pedistal it should defualt open and not make cel come on.
