Default Fuel in coolant

My 01 7.3 has fuel in the antifreeze. When I first start it in the mornings it skips/ white smoke / smells of raw fuel out the exhaust. My thoughts are leaning towards injectors. Because I am towing heavy on a regular basis I am wondering what an upgraded set of injectors could do for me or just stick with stock size? I would like to keep up with my wife with my 6.4 . I am not power hungry nor do I want to over do it just would like some more reliable, safe power. I have owned this truck for over 10 years and now has 150,000 breakdown free miles on it. Anyone have any suggestions?? You input would be greatly appreciated.

could be head gasket, do a compresion test, you could blow air in each cylinder and watch for bubbles in radiator
