Ok im new at the diesel thing I mean im a diesel mechanic but im in the transit field and this is my first diesel I have a 2000 f250 lifted 8.5" on 38.5 swamper but anyways im wanting to build this truck I make ok. $ it may take a little while to get it how I want it but I plan on getting it there im looking into a ts 6 pos but I can get a turbo on anpretty good deal a gt38r I can get both rite now id rather start with one just looking for some help maybe somone can help ive read some post on here seems like there are some really cool people on here and very knowledgeable about this stuff I want to build a brooser of a truck tho I pla. To pull it all down this winter just lookining for some knowledge truck has 268000 with a 6 speed so what should I start with thank u if u can help

 

gauges, intake and exhaust first then a custom tuned TS chip. the 38R will not do alot with just the chip but it will allow you to upgrade injectors in the future
