I bought a 99 F-250. It runs but does not charge. The guy thought it was the wiring harness. He put 2 new battery's, terminals and an alternator on it with no luck. I think it the fusible link. Can some one tell me where it is or post a pic? I cant find it. Thanks

 

it is the grey wires mounted to the starter relay on pass. side inner fender
