Default 6637 mod or airaid intake?

So when i bought my truck it came with an airaid on it. I've heard a lot of good things about the 6637. Would the 6637 give my truck more air and would it be healthier for my truck considering it is on dusty jobs all of the time?

6637 will flow the same as your airaid, however it will filter better. If you get a prefilter, it will last for a long time as well (depending on the conditions) but its cheap to replace vs. cleaning and re-oiling your airaid.
