all new injector and cups thats what I thought at first

You might have gotten a lemon injector or misinstalled something.

Did you check injectors? Also cups? I know sometimes (this was working on CAT equipment though) a o'ring didn't get greased or something and then it gets broke or something wasn't torqued right...something along those lines. Something to recheck if possible.

redone the injectors 5 times i think the cylinder is shot just opened the oil cap and it's puffing smoke didn't do that before

Its a possibillity that one of the o ring on an injector has rolled up from not greasing properly. another possibillity is that one of the hard lines from the filter bowl to the back of the head has a hole rubbed in it and is sucking air into the fuel lines. also check the plugs on your valve cover gaskets it is possible that they are burnt up in which the valve cover gaskets rhave the wire to your injectors as I'm sure you know
