Chasing a fuel leak (not on top)
Hello all, first timer posting but you all have saved me many times!
Just not able to find this one in search or on my own.
2003 - 7.3l vin-F 159k miles got a slow fuel leak when under pressure. It's not the bowl from everything I can see. Valley is bone dry. Bowl has been rebuilt some time ago (o-rings and sleeves)
This leak is on the front of the motor right at the top of the water pump. fuel will slowly follow the shape of the top of water pump. It leaks about the size of a paper plate onto the ground and is very slow.
Check out some pics I tried to show the location on and let me know what you think!!
Took it to dealer and they couldn't find it in a regular look-see.

Thank you for the reply!!!
I'm going to have to change the title of the thread to something like 'chasing a knucklehead'
So it's not FUEL! it is a clear oily fluid! So now I'm really confused, as if yall didn't figure that out already.
I captured it in a drip pan. it is not diesel. clear and very mild oiliness, no smell and wipes right off your hands with no residue or oiliness left.
So what 'clear' fluid do we have?? and that would be in that area???
Brake fluid is original and dark!
Power steering is ATF red
Trans is red
coolant is orange
what can this be?
