Default What Lift to Fit 12" Wheels?

What size lift will be required to fit 16.5x12" Weld Stone Crushers? The truck is sitting on X-code springs and a mini-pack leveling kit and will not clear. 1/3 turn right and the truck is hitting the front bumper (chrome part) and 1/3 left and it hits the actual body panel. I stretched some brand new 35x12.50 BFGoodrich A/Ts on them but will eventually go to 14.50s. Here are my options -

1. Pro Comp 22410 leaf springs
2. Pro Comp 22410 leaf springs with the mini-pack
3. Pro Comp 22610 leaf springs

I am attempting to do this on a budget so I really hate to drop the track arm & pitman arm. What do y'all think?

Thanks!

If you dont want to cut anything, the standard 4" lift kit will clear easily.
