clicking sound in 303 relay wont start

clicking sound in 303 relay wont start

i have an 02 7.3 powerstroke it is clicking in the 303 relay it will crank but wont start i was told to change the cam shaft sensor but what does that have to do with the relay switches?
when i hooked it up to the computer it would not throw any codes either

Is your tach registering RPM while cranking? Im sure the clicking is normal from all the things being told to GO while cranking.

Any smoke out the exhaust? What temperature is it there?

I tried a bunch of things finally had it towed
To ford dealer don't think it's getting fuel

Has anyone heard of an aftermarket remote start system causing the main computer to go blank?
