Default 35s and Leveling Kit Issue

Well, I finally bought my tires and had them mounted and balanced, only to find out that they do not clear on my truck. They are 16.5x12 Weld Stone Crushers with BFG 35x12.50R16.5s. It hits both the front bumper plastic (with the metal underneath) and the actual fender. My current setup is F-550 leafs all the way around (X-codes in the front WITH the mini-pack leveling kit & 12-pack rears, no block).

My question is this: what direction should I go from here? Anyone else have issues with clearing 35s? I don't know if I should just scrap my whole setup, add more leafs/drop hangar, or possibly buy lifted front leafs (Pro-Comp 22610s) and just match with what I need in the rear with blocks. Will I run into issues with brake lines, pitman arm, etc? All help/opinions are welcome, even if it's about my stupid setup. Yes, I know 12.5" tires shouldn't go on 12" wide wheels - I just bought the first set of real Stone Crushers I could find .

Pictures:
1. With F-550 leafs & mini pack up front, stock tires
2. With new tires/wheels
3. offset of wheel/tire

I wouldn't plan around the 16.5's because you'll have a hard time finding new rubber for them and if you do you'll pay for it.
