P1280, P0236, P0541, P0640

My scanner tells me what they are but how do i get rid of them?

Truck is idling kindof rough and edge programmer says im only gettin up to 5 pounds of boost and thats when i get on it. I just checked the MAP line and its clear and hooked up. so what would yall recommend me do next?

i got rid of the first two i have listed so all i have now are P0541 and P0640 which both have somethin to do with Intake air heater. I read something about a eliminator with 470 ohm 1/2 watt resistor soldered in the middle of 12 gauge wire to get rid of the codes.. is that correct? but im still getting rough idle if someone might could help me on that. Weird thing is if i unhook my programmer it idles fine with no problems so ??
