Default glow plugs

i have a 99 f250 i have to push a button to make glow plugs work
any idea why could be.. i purchase this truck in denver colorado
does this helps cold starting???

Sounds like the previous owner put the relay on a switch. It doesn't help or hurt anything...

See above comment. Its on a switch. If you dont want the switch. Remove it...
