Loading pictures..help

Now I am not retired from microsoft, so occasionally I need a little computer help.
[I] have looked for an hour now and I am having no luck at all figuring the system.

Save them on your.computer and attach by clicking post reply and scrolling down to manage attachments. Or save the pictures in a photobucket account and copy and paste temp in the reply box.
