I have a 2000 7.3 an I was driving the other day getting on to the freeway an she just stalled out on me I have heard so many different things it would be great if someone could help me out I know quite a bit about diesels but this one has me

It would be nice to have some more info... Did it start back up? Any smoke or unusual things happen while it died or just before? Have you checked oil level, fuel in the fuel bowl, hpop res level? Simple things first.

Last night we checked the oil checked the fuel bowl checked fuses everything the only thing I was getting while looking on the Internet is the pcm but I'm not sure where any of that is located as well as the truck just died on me was driving normal an shut off tried to start It wouldn't start I was having battery issues before got new batteries an had no problems until now she wants to crank over but won't catch

Sounds like the CPS, have you had it replaced under the recall?

Where would i find that at? I mean on the truck where is it located

It is on the passenger side of the front of the engine. It is probably Black or Grey in color.

One 10mm I believe. Best to get it from Ford and not after market
