So is it those two wires hooked right in the front in that pic?
Yes opens up constantly no power what so ever I wake up early so I can start my truck and let it warm up does it from then till I get to work bout a 35 or 40 min drive. It's a pain driving in traffic like that

The reason the valve is causing you issues is the Exhaust back pressure sensor is more then likely plugged (that's the picture that Ryan posted).
Remove that sensor, clean it and the tube it bolts to and most of your issue will go away.
The EBP valve is there to build back pressure and help the motor warm up. Unplugging it will not hurt anything, but just be sure to let your truck properly warm up.

Any other Mods to the truck? I have an Edge Insight I use for diagnostics, along with my scanner. I was able to pull up EBP, and it was stuck at 58psi. Engine running or not. As Joe said, I removed everything and cleaned it all up. Unfortunately, the sensor was failed so I had to replace it.
