Default broken F250

Last week I was driving and my 7.3 F250 shuttered like it sucked up some water. After a few seconds it went back to normal. I have been noticing the fuel pump getting louder and vibrating. I changed it out. It pumped up like normal and shut off when up to pressure. I then started the truck. It started fine but was missing out. I let it run a few minutes to let air work it's way out if any in there. Came by next morning and tried to start. It turned over but would not start. The pump ran continouslly and didn't sound like pumped up any pressure. It filled the water separator but would not start. Any suggestions?

You need to check fuel pressure at the fuel bowl to make sure you have good pressure, cause if not you need to back track the problem to the origin.
