I am new to this site and need some advice (help).

I have a 2001 F350 w/7.3L cranks good but will not start. No smoke coming from exhaust either. Couldn't here injectors firing until I unplugged the icp. Fuel bowl is filling. Replaced cam pos sensor. Ran injector buzz test with no codes. Rpm is over 100 when cranking. Batteries at 12+v, 10.5 when cranking. Any thoughts, ideas would be appreciated.

Just an update here folks. Pulled the IPR off and found the valve was stuck open. Cleaned it, put it back together and truck is running.

 

what is the ipr?

 

IPR is the Injector Pressure Regulator...
