Question intercooler tube blowing off HELP!!!

ok i have a 02 PSD thats new to me... It came with what I have recently been told is junk bullydog triple dog programmer, it has tow/economy, performance, and extreme. well it all works well unless you tune to extreme and put it on the floor it pulls strong then pop goes the lower tube on drivers side. It has a upgraded ballbearing turbo and injectors so I was told to throw the bullydog away and get a 6pos ts chip and have beans or someone to burn tunes. Suggestions please

you need gauges asap your risking blowing your motor don't do touch any of the higher setting on any of those chips or anything till you get gauges. it takes a ton of psi to blow a tube your lucky u haven't broken anything yet.

get isspro gauges expensive but very worth it . etgs tranny temp and boost gauges are a must other wise you'll blow your motor

Most likely its blowing off due to oil from the crankcase ventilation system feeding oil through the intercooler. I seriously doubt boost wise you in any danger. We clean them well with something like carb cleaner and put a few drops of high tac on the piping.

get good clamps. mine blew off pulling a big hill and i was only making 23 or 25lb of boost at the time. go to a shop that works on big trucks, they got the good clamps but break out the wallet!!!
