Default 95 7.3 losing power

I have a 95 f-350 & couple of months ago I had an issue where I would take off and depress the foot pedal & it acted like it had no power. I had a couple of people tell me it was the EBP valve to unplug it, I did & it worked great. But here I am a couple of months later & it's rearing it's ugly head again, does anyone have a suggestion as to what this is I really thought with the EBPV being unplugged it was fixed.:

I've seen several cases of the 7.3l trucks where replacing the o-rings on injectors we're the cause of weak power.

Greengoblin everything seems to be fine it has been so random that I don't know if that's it or not. Driving today everything was fine plenty of power so just not sure.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to what would cause the engine to act like it has no power even with the EBPV unplugged, I'm perplexed.

If its intermediate, may be one of the valve cover gaskets starting to o bad. Allowing connection sometimes and not others
