Default 1995 7.3 turbo-no WTS and will not run.. HELP

Went out one morning and tryed to turn over my rig and would not start. It turns over but would not start.

I replaced:
lift pump cause we were not getting any oil to the high pressure pump
valve cover gasket and wire harness cause the plug was melted
Glow plugs

Checked the solenoid cause it started to smoke
Checked injecters and changed injection control pressure sensor

Changed Fuel pump out and blead lines

We are now getting Fuel pressure, But the Oil pressure is only reading 350.. Still will not FIRE

We have had alot of mechanics and no one has been able to help

My WTS light is now not working since it has been sitting for 6 months, So My question is why will this truck not fire and how do i see what is going on with my WTS light.

Thank you for all your info this will help me out alot.

Ashley

Need to get a scanner on it and check duty cycle while cranking, ICP pressures, run a buzz test and KOEO test... go from there.

If you haven't already look at fuse #22 under the hood to see if it's bad - IIRC it is for power to the WTS, fuel heater and the PCM/ECM(?) Anyways if it's bad the truck won't start - I'm not sure if it'd affect it turning over. If the fuse is bad pull your fuel filter and check to see if the fuel heater is touching the bowel and causing #22 to blow.

Also the wts light wont come on and the truck wont run if the 1 and 2 relays are bad under the hood in the fuse box

make sure your battery cables are tight and batteries are good, my truck did the same thing. It would crank like normal but would never start and i checked everything and it was good so i ended up jump starting it and it fired right up and since it has been sitting six months the batteries may not make enough power for the electronics to work properly. Put a charger for a day and see if it starts. I dont know if you have the same problem i had but im just sharing what happend to me. Good luck i hope you get it runnin
