I'm in the same boat as you are

I think stage 3's are a little steep in my opinion. How many CC's of fuel is that?

With that many miles, I would take a main cap off the crank and look at the bearings, same with the rod bearings. Just to make sure adding all that power isnt going to expose something that already has a lot of wear. (I plan on doing this in the near future as well, I'm at 313k).

But to support your stage 3's, your going to need a turbo, downpipe bigger than 3" if you dont already, a bigger HPOP (unless the injector's are hybrids, which use less oil than regular, but I'd recommend it anyway), an intercooler setup, I'd recommend head studs and valve springs while your there.

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

as far as the clutch goes, your going to need a good dual disk (south bend clutch or valair), or a very good single with a bigger pressure plate. The whole point of a dual disk is to double your surface area, with more surface area, you can transfer more power. Now a single with a bigger pressure plate just pushes harder on the flywheel, creating the same effect, but the theory is different. either one will work.

another thing you might have to keep in mind is your input shaft. with the power you wanna put down, you might wanna upgrade to billet input (and output) shafts.

I'm planning on doing the same route here in the near future, except I have an automatic. here's my list;

ARP head studs, valve springs, push rods, O-Ring the heads, new crank and rod bearings and piston rings, bellowed up-pipes, Adrenaline HPOP, Swamps Stage II 200cc/30% hybrid injectors, swamps HiHz IDM, Garrett GT38R ball bearing turbo (available from swamps, good to 550hp), Banks Technicooler (or another intercooler that will work), along with a Suncoast transmission to get it to the ground

Do you have an intercooler or just a cold air intake?
3" downpipe will be fine, turbo, 17* hpop out of a Super Duty(or more).
I know nothing about the manual tranny.

What is your power goal? Realistically... Stop and actually give this some thought before spouting out a number you can never afford to reach and maintain...

238/100
e-fuel
17* HPOP
d66 or H2E or QSSB
clutch
custom tunes

You can run the injectors detuned for now, but get your supporting mods sooner rather than later.. Especially the fuel system, stock fuel system spikes quite a bit and would suck to not have enough fuel pressure to those beautiful expensive fuel squirters...
