tail lights wont go off

hey my tail lights wont go off and all my lights are off and and key is out of the ignition and i checked everything i could think of and i didnt know if anyone else knew anything.

check the pressure switch behind the pedal. mine did the same thing. its a little assembly with a button on it. it was like 10 bucks at advance
