Default rebuilt my 7.3 and will not fire

I rebuilt my 7.3 and got everything put back in the truck, building oil pressure and in injectors are clicking, has fuel in the fuel bowel primed many times, but doesn't seem to be getting fuel to the injectors, I powered fuel into the bowel put air into the tank got air bubbles and tried cranking still nothing, brand new motor with new pistons Pretty much fresh motor, any suggestions?

Got a scanner? Need to check ICP pressures and duty cycle. Do a buzz test.

Check to make sure you have the IPR plug in the IPR plug, not the EBP plug... Its the same connector.

Takes a while to prime the systems... But without that basic information there is no way to know what to look at. Could be oil related, could be fuel related, could be electrical. Without a scanner your pissing in the wind.
