Default Down pipe problem

I finally got around to installing my Down pipe on, and I am having a really bad rubbing noise/vibration when stopping (below 15mph) and at idle. It's driving me crazy. Idk if it is because i didn't cut enough room for the down pipe or what. Maybe it's rubbing on the cab to much. i was just seeing if anyone else has a solution or an answer. Thanks
