Default computer reman. problems ???????????

Has any one had problems with a computer after it was rebuilt (by Cardone industeries) with codes p1395 and 1396 it is fault bamk # 1 and bank # 2 . Then sent it away and came back with just p1396 the diesel shop checked the glow plugs, wire harness, silenoid, says it's all good and think it is the computer again now I have over $1200 out and still have a check engine light any help or encourgement would be appreciated. It takes 2 weeks to turn around a computer and 3 months lator its going to be another 2 weeks maybe longer because of Thanksgiving.

It could be in the harness, it could be any of the wiring between the injector and the computer...

Question
all the parts wires relays betwine the glow plugs and computer ohm out just like new all still have p1396 code still showing up untill motorcraft glow plugs are installed answer that? The glow plugs ohm just like Bosch and my old 3 year old used ones.

But now the glow plug system works better in cold weather much better.

P.M. and I can answer more questions. it's a long story! but she runs!
