Default white/grey smoke cold start

I'm guessing it my up pipe gaskets but thought id get some advise first. While warming my truck up it smokes thick white/grey smile like when I blew a injector o ring. Once I drive. A mile down the road it clears up and drives fine.

Yup, I've got the exhaust smell in the cab and soot in the firewall. But it is a lot of smoke couldn't even see through it this morning.

Soot on the firewall is definitely from the uppipes but I don't think that would cause abnormal smoke out the tailpipe... How cold is it over there? Possibly a few bad glow plugs?

I just put rebuilt stage 2s in couple months ago.

Like low 40 in the morning, it'll do it after work to, would the bad glow plugs cause it to keep smoking while warming up though?

It could... Glow plugs are meant to aid in start up as well as clear the smoke...

Ya when I started it after work I held the throttle at about 1000 rpm and it cleared up within 30 or 40trades seconds. I tested my glow plugs and only had one faulty plug which im going to change tomorrow and my relay seems to be working correctly.

Definitely not normal to be getting that much smoke for that long... Any other symptoms or just smoke?
