scanner?
What would you guys recommend as a good scanner for a psd? I need something that is not going to break the bank, but that can do a little more than just simply pull and clear codes. (Sure wish my smarty could talk to my psd). I don't know; is there is even anything out there in the couple hundred dollar range that would be worth spending money on.

My next choice would be a Scan Gauge because it is the physical shape of a gauge which would fit well in a steering column pod or in the pillar if you have an extra hole. It displays a bunch of information like ICP and DC% as well as reads codes and that... So that is another option for you...

anyone know anything about scantool.net? From looking at them, they are pretty close in capability to autoenginuity, but would like a little feedback about them before I jumped off of that cliff. They have a gettup for about $220, and a download demo, so maybe I will try that one to see how it reads and such...

I see yours is a 95 (same as mine). Does the AE work full function on your 95? I am trying to decide whether or not to buy one but can't find for sure information about whether or not it will work.

well, the real killer for the scantool, is my cummins is not supported. It really doesn't matter what a program can do, if I would have to buy two different one, it really isn't worth it. I don't have a cable long enough to plug in to the free download version to see what it can let me do, but the more homework I do, the more I am not impressed by scantool and am leaning more toward AE. we see what the guys in the dodge forum recommend too.
