Default F26E rear fuel tank

Just wondering if anyone out there has done this, and if they had any info about it. Looking to do this on my fummins, don't got a tank now. Where would you find a new filler neck and sending unit all those kinds of parts that go in the tank?

I'll go junk yard hunting for the filler neck then and try and find some of the other parts. I think ordering the new 38 gallon tank will be a lot easier than trying to find a used rust free one. Where would a guy get new tank straps?

you would probably have to make your own straps. i know a 40 gal from the 80's suburbans will fit between the frame. just side ways. i think i actually have one.

I have the F26E tank (from Rock Auto)...Love it. It came with long enough bolts to use stock straps filler neck, etc. I also mounted my spare below that and it hangs down a ways.
