i'm convinced mileage is different between vehicles even if they are identicle. my 99 get's 16 tops on the flats between hays and denver. but going over berthoud pass with a trailer i was gettin 19. makes sense huh?

^I'm not sure about 28mpg.. but my modded cummins could hit 26mpg with a steady foot. But that was more than just an exhaust that was done.
