have a quick injector question
just put a newer 96 motor that ran perfect bone stock into my 97 my old 97 motor had ad code injectors and my 96 had aa codes in them...i wanted some more fuel so i put the ads in my 96 motor thats in my truck now...problem is that it takes little while to start(helps if i crack throttle litlle bit) and when it does start theres blue/whitish grey smoke that smells like pure diesel...heres my guess shoulda put new injectors o-rings in when i swapped? thanks guys any help is much appreciated

it still has the edge tht was with the 97 motor and it ran perfect with the 97 motor till the head gasket blew. if it ran fine with the 97 motor is there something off tht motor tht i would need to change to make this one run with the same injectors? have anything to do with fuel pump or hpop issues? tht white smoke is unburned fuel right?
