Default Cam shaft lobe for fuel pump

Does the cam shaft on a new body style block have the lobe for a mechanical fuel pump? I am not sure of the year of long block that I got but am not getting any fuel pressure. Pulled the freeze plug and installed a new mechanical pump. It will run on either, so all electrical should be fine I think. The new pump did have the plunger with it so if the lobe is there it should be pumping.

No sir, your going to have to get an electric fuel system in there... No cam lobe on the SD trucks.
