Default DP heat barrier

Ok so when installing my 3"dp and cutting the firewall seam the insulation that was covering the seam (heat barrier?) got fairly torn up, now I don't think it's going to cause a fire issue but would like to know if anyone has had any issues with this problem.

Ok thanks guys. I wasn't real concerned since it didn't even go up with the grinder throwing sparks right on it but always like to double check.
