Default singal stack

my 97 7.3 i was thinking of putting a singal stack on the passenger side bed and wanted to know every thing i need to buy from stack to pipes and mounting hard ware what do i need

in my personal opinion i would go with duals, but thats me you do what you want. 3" MBRP down pipe, about 5FT of or 4in straight pipe, some old chain (thats what i used on mine for flew) 4" flex pipe about a foot of it, and a mandrel bent 90* exhaust pipe. idk what clamps we used on the mandrel bent but they formed to the pipe. ill ask around and see if i can get a part number 4 you. youre also gonna have to find a way to secure it to the bed in order for it to stay straight up. good luck

i think i just have a piece that runs from the down pipe to the 90* then a band clamp from the 90 to the stack. then an exhuast hanger and a clamp to hole the stack to the headache rack.

I'd go single everyone and there mom has duals the only way I'd do duals is if I did them right next to each other and off set like a single

i personally like to be balanced, i have dual stacks and dual CB whips, i just like balance thats why i went with duals, but whatever floats youre boat is what you need to do, its your truck, not everyone elses

cowboy, if youre still looking for a stack go to Kenworth, Peterbuilt, International, etc. ask them for what ever stack you want or you can order one from MBRP or Diamond eye. if you know someone who is in trucking, ask them if they have one

I agree with 95-SimpsonOBS, I like balance. But when it comes to stacks, I only like them on manual trucks as well.

i really wish my truck had a 5 speed but i took what i could get my buddy has an 02 7.3 with a ZS-6, hell lug that thing out and just role coal
