Default 1998 Power stroke electric fuel pump

Good afternoon , I am writing because i have a 1998 E350 with a power stroke. My problem is after i have been driving for about 15 min or so the fuel pressure starts to fall off. Then the truck starts to lose power. I already replaced the fuel pump and cam sensor. But after a few min of driving the pressure falls off. I even tried a substitute pump did the same thing. The mechanic can figure it out. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

Have you checked the fuel pressure? What is the pressure? Have you checked for a plugged pick up?

Yes i have,i put a fuel pressure guage on the left head of the engine.Yes i have checked the pick-up its clean. The pressure starts out at 58-60 psi. Then as you drive the pressure starts to fall off, till it gets to 0.As long as you idle its fine. Is there anything in the fuel filter housing that can cause this?

I got the van fixed, the problem was a broken strainer . It was floating around in the tank and would get cought in the suction sometime, but when ever you would feel for anything in the tank it would be someplace else.
