Exclamation New to Diesel, bought a Powerstroke and have Questions

I just bought a 95 7.3 turbo, smokes when first starts and a little still after warming up, does anybody have any advice for what to look for?

How many miles, any mods to it?

Sounds like it may need glow plugs and or a GPR but lets get some more info before jumping.

sounds like a pretty common thing on an OBS, never has one that didn't smoke a little white when you first started it up, if it gets below 50 mine will smoke for about 5 minutes or so as it idles, then goes away when i start driving....you might have some injectors or injector seals going bad, what color is the smoke?
