i worked on a friends truck recently and fixed a fuel leak and changed out the glow plugs and glow plug relay but now he calls me and says when it shifts it to 3rd and 4th it sounds like its missing and when he first starts it up it sounds like metal banging together it has alot of miles on it but supposedly has a new motor in it but runs fine at an idle any help is appreciated
