Default Help for a Friend!!! PLZ HELP

ok, I have a friend lookin at a 1995 Single Cab PowerStroke 4x4 5speed Manual. He's wanting to put a 5in exhaust wit a 6in Single Stack. And he wants to add performance to it. I dont know much about early powerstrokes, so whats the best chip/programmer for early powerstrokes? And wat other little mods could he do to get more power? PLZ HELP

Ethan, From everything I've heard the TS 6 Pos or any flip style switch, that actully plugs into the ecm is the best. Custom tunes are available. I know the guys over at dfuser (sponsor here) used to work quite a bit with PSD's. If you need some help, Give me a call tommorow!

Ive also heard alot of good things about the TS chip,my little brother has one on his 99 f250, a wicked wheel would also be a cheap part that helps out quite a bit. There are also a few mods that you can do to the fuel system to get some more power and better mpg's.

well you see my friend he's got a job but he doesnt have much money to throw around, so would it be cheaper to go with edge juice w/ attitude (if their is one for 95' PowerStrokes) or go wit TS with sum Autometer gauges?

Me personally, I would go with the ts and autometer gauges, IIRC the only edge products they have for the 95's are the edge evo programmer or the edge ez. I feel that he would be alot happier with the ts rather than the edge. Just my .02 though
He might have to get a better clutch, which isnt always a bad thing
