160CC ??
I want to upgrade to 160cc injectors in my 97 and have already decided on the brand. As I understand it, a stock 90cc injector's limitation is that it's fuel content can be completely used up when chipped and that's why chips can only go so far. If 160cc injectors are installed, does this correspond to the approximate 140hp max increase by a chip programmed for those injectors? In other words does this injector deliver it's entire load, or does the limiting factor now become having enough time to deliver it. What is needed to deliver all of or at least more of it's load--short of the obvious larger nozzles(stage 2)? I'm guessing most chips (programs, tunes, etc.) do something similar to the 10K mod rendering it useless. What other mods are required, that cannot be accomplished through programming? Is it possible to empty stage 1 injectors or is there another number describing their practical capacity?
What EXACTLY does the CC stand for? I would guess cubic centimeters, but know this is incorrect or at least incomplete. 160 cubic centimeters is over half a cup. It must be a rate of some sort.

Cass makes some great injectors...
You will want to add a IC. If your handy with a welder you can throw a 7.3 IC in there over a weekend for less then $200... Get a set of 6.0 IC pipes and a set of 7.3 IC pipes, weld them together and away you go.
