Default Lift question

i got a 1996 f-350 2wd dually work truck that i wanna make look good. anyone know the cheapest way to sit it up some. the back is higher than the front as it is. what could i do to pick the front to squeez some good looking mud grips under it but not look cramed.. thanks

obs 2wd trucks.

i've looked at skyjacker and a few others but coudnt find it. got any sugestions on where to loook?

You can also put coil spring spacers on the front. They have rubber and metal ones.. they work great!
