it's either the vacume pump. i can't remember the name of it. but from the vacume pump. on the driver fender. ther is a block with a few hoses coming out of it. one goes to your booster and the others are for heater controls... check that.

DOES ANY ONE KNOW HOW MUCH VACUM PRESSURE SHOULD READ OFF PUMP

Well Vaccume are pressure are opposites. Though I'm not sure how much vaccume it should have from a gauge.
